We tried to answer our most frequently asked questions here but if you have any other inquires we would love to hear from you! You can email us as info@sawyerslane.com or fill out the questionarre at the bottom of this page. We will get back to you as soon as possible!

My size/ the item is sold out, will there be a restock?

Restocks depend on the item. We are a small clothing store so we only buy a few of each piece so that your statement pieces can continue to make a statement. If you want to be the first to know when we have restocks or new arrivals subscribe to our emailer list at the very bottom of this page!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

We hope you love every piece as much as we do, but we understand sometimes things just don’t work out. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

- sale items are final sale

-returned item must have no visible signs of wear or use

-returned items must have tags still on

To Initiate a return please reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return. Please include your order number.

How will I know if my order has shipped?

Once you place your order you can expect a confirmation email that same day. When your order has been processed and packaged you will receive an additional email informing you of the shipping information.
